Thanks for the input guys. I plan to leave the chems on and don't rinse...so running bleach wash (good for window spotting) on the windows may be a problem... what I am unsure about is do i start from the bottom (I think this may be better) or do I go to the top and let it run. I think I can do the bottom across and then go to the next level higher, by that time the chems work would be done so when rinsing the glass it does not weeken the chems below.

Yes I strongly be leave it is. Is that also called fertilizer stains. I tried the f9 ant a 50/50 and nothing happened...even did over and over on the same spot.

Now that is a good project to have under your belt! Did you use sh or ch? Mineral stains from the clay would be my guess. Has the building been sealed or is it straight fiber mesh concrete?

Hey guys... the job was completed in 6 days. The schedule time was 14. This building was pressure washed 9 months ago and took about a month... I was not surprised with our time, cause after all this is the cleaning revolution. .. the official video is still being edited but here is a real time clip that will not be in Final.
Not sure it's clickable but I guses you can just paste into your browser or click the you tube icon in my signature and go straight to our channel. .The video is labeled ...."Removing Moss Without a Pressure Washer."
feel free to ask any questions about the job... thanks again for the support.

Someone else mentioned sealing. I give a separate proposal for sealing every time I clean a concrete, masonry, or aggregate building. I also offer it every time I clean any stamped or colored concrete on the ground. It really is very easy, and can be as good or almost better profit than the cleaning. Demos are key. Clean a spot, let it dry, seal half of the spot, then let that dry. Have the customer watch and hose down the test area, they will see the concrete darken and remain wet, except the sealed spot that will stay brighter, water will bead up and the building will be dry.
A good concrete supply company can hook you up with the right sealer for any application.

Thanks for all the advice guys, the video actually took longer than the job which emphasizes that the revolution is the way to go. Regarding sealing; I know it is the sensible thing but the cost of sealing is never within the clients budget after a cleaning of this size. I did mention it to them but the sealant alone was almost 3 times the cleaning and did not include application.
I always try to do an upsale. In my proposal for soft washing I tell then it's gonna last longer than PW so in most cases the are fine with that.
