That was with the old chloridane chemical. That has not been used since the early 90's. Also they put that in the warranty as a get out of liability free clause. They know EVERYONE uses bleach for washing homes in one way or another. The first question they ask you when you submit a claim is "Have you ever had your home pressure washed?" This allows them to mitigate some of the claims.
