How much mix, per sq ft, is used?

With baited breath I'm not telling anyone what my new venture is going to be........yet it slipped because I'm excited to start. Long story short is that I sold two jobs from telling one person and I don't even have any equipment.

So my question is this;

First, I sold a roof job.....about 1800 sq.ft. How much mix will I use for the job?
Not % of SH but actual gallons I will spray on the roof.

Second, I sold a single wide trailer: complete wash job (probably 13'x50' older unit). It has a metal roof and metal siding (probably aluminum).
So how many gallons should I expect to use?

I just don't want to mix 10 gallons and not be enough but I also don't want to mix way too much.

Also, any advice for either job would be appreciated. Neither has rain gutters so I do plan to rinse. Should I still use my sprayer but only with fresh water and 1 "good rinse", "mild rinse" or "heavy rinse"?

Thanks All!

Just about time for the modules....:}

A picture speaks a thousand words if you know what I mean. 10 gallons of bleach would most likely clean the trailer (use caution with aluminum cleaning jobs), although I would need more info on the roof to help you out.
Type of roof?
Pitch of roof?
dormers?

Not necessary to rinse roof.  Your smallest expense is the bleach.  Just buy 4 of the 5 gallon  bleach totes from pool supply store.  Without looking at photos of roof, you could use from 20 to 60 gallons of mix total on both jobs.  Just make sure plants are watered well around drip areas, and buy a container of plant wash.

Type of roof? = L shaped, 3 gable, 3 tab that's probably 10 years old
Pitch of roof? = 6/12
dormers? = none
And probably "moderately" blackened

I know the question is very hard to answer because you don't have all the info. But if you could "generalize" and say;
"A 1000 sq. ft., 5/12, "moderately" blackened roof would probably call for
XX Gallons of xyz mix. What would you say?

I know I'm asking a big question here and I need to start taking the modules but your opinions and thoughts are just as needed.

Dont over think.  Just buy 1 greenwash, 1 bleachwash, 1 plant wash and some bleach.  Practice on your house and go.

A good measurement of how much mixed chem will be used is based on how dirty the roof is. However the average use is about one gallon of mixed softwash solution at 3% to clean 100 square feet of shingle roof.
