Hey everyone.  The new owners of this restaurant called us and wants an estimate on cleaning up this brick/patio area.  The black stuff looks like it has come from the restaurant itself over the years.  Have you guys cleaned anything like this before?  Thanks!

Josh,  you have several things to deal with there.

1.  Grease (entry way)

2. Calcium carbonate and rust from planters (left and right of entry way)

3.  Mold, rust and hard water stains on the patio.

There are a couple of ways to go about the cleaning... in this case I would call it a restoration.  You'll need to use a specific set of steps and a couple of different products to remove the stains.  If you are still after a solution and need some advice, shoot me an email with a time that works for you for a phone call.  You can email Craig@Front9Restoration.com

Thanks~

Craig
