If you make up a mix of CH can it be let settle for a couple of days before transferring to your truck tank? All the sediment would settle on the bottom of the mixing tank. Or would this have an adverse effect on the strength of the mix. I still have concerns about residue even after filtering.

Really its not much different than using SH. One is liquid one is powder. You just have to account for over mixing. Water can only saturate so much in solids. The colder the water the less it can dissolve or absorb. Heat it up and it absorbs more. Higher concentrations 3 to 4% of CH powder can leave a residue. This it temporary on the roof. You need to protect windows, gutters etc. Don't let the CH sit on anything. Remember roof cleaning is a team sport and cant be played alone. Go out one man on a truck and you will likely make a mess.

Maybe a module on this is in the future.

Hey Michael, I've used ch that was a week old. It worked just fine. It only takes a half hour or so to settle to the bottom, not days.
