hello, my name is Lee Sanders and i am new to softwashing, i am 25 years old and am a fire fighter in Atlanta Ga. i have done a lot of resurch on softwashing, i ordered a pump today from the powerwashstore.com, and i am looking to get some advice on landing my first couple jobs and where to buy/order ch. looking foward to joining the softwash community.
take the online courses for training. They shorten the learning curve immensely. Get a ticket and fly to new jersey in October for the weekend training. From Philly airport about 30 minutes or 2 hours from Baltimore(southwest) You will learn a lot from the training as well as networking with some experienced guys. I haven't seen anyone on the board from Atlanta. You are in a great market. Make some money with your pumps and then invest in one of AC's softwash rigs and become authorized. I lived near Atlanta in 1996-98 and you are in a great market if you have the right training. You should be able to easily have average sales of around $1,000 per job if you market yourself properly. 1st season is for learning/making mistakes and a little money in your pocket, 2nd year you make real good living, and 3 rd year you expand if you want and be a real business
Sweet. My first pump that I just bought is the twin pump from the softwashstore and my second is going to be ac's skid. How can I find more info about the weekend training.
Lee definitely try to go if you can make any of the revolution camp if not go to softwashapolooza in january it's well worth it my friend and I'm not being biased!

I will be there. Hope I can go to both. But mean while I need to make some money. So is bleach wash and green wash all I need to buy along with sh or ch or both, is one better then the other. My pump should be coming in soon.
Check and see if you have a Leslie's pool supply close, if not go online and get on there email list for online coupons and specials and pick up some fnc while your there. I was in there store last week and 100 lbs. of 73% power powder pro was $199 in store regular price. Yeah and don't forget the plant wash.
In my opinion,
Sh is easier and faster to work with. Ch isn't supposed to harm plants.
Personally I use sh, if you take precautions and pay attention the pros out weighs the cons
