Are u plant washing when your done? Also spray up when at the gutter line and it should stop the over spray on the gutters. If not then talk them into a house wash or hit the entire gutter with mix.

Recently we've been encountering a higher percentage of SH after effect on plants, shrubs and gutters. We are constantly rinsing along with covered protection where needed. Gutters, when not cleaned, are staining from roof overspray. It is so hard to protect all plants and shrubs without additional labor time on each job. I am getting more and more concerned with SH and should we go more "green". All my research says stay with SH but now I'm starting to doubt.... Looking for suggestions. Thanks
Like Mike said, once you start with more upsells the gutters will most likely be part of the job anyway.
If you want to go more green than I would look into augmenting with CH.
Thanks for all the advice. Our best defense has been a constant rinse on gutters and vegetation. We are upselling more often than not. Just wanted to see what everyone else was doing.
Another thing you may want to consider is that right now (mid-summer) you are getting the freshest, hottest SH available ( in most markets). I know that the SUMMER time SH we get is much more potent than the WINTER SH! YOu might be able to tune you mix down a good bit, and still get great results.

I haven't used sh yet but have had excellent results with ch. I have intentionally sprayed plants with it before with no pre-rinse before just the normal rinse after(my own house by the way!) and had no plant damage. I am not saying this is good practice by no means but it is nice to know. I would consider ch if you can get it. That was 1% solution I used for testing purposes too and no plantwash after.
What training are Yall getting? Both plant protection and CH use can't be gleaned by surfin the web. I'd reccomend taking the respective modules and getting to a Revolution Camp.
I believe it's the time of year, the only time we have plant issues is last week of July when it's 90 other than that plant wash and water does the trick.

What AC said!!! Not only do my guys know what they are talking about at a job, when the omeowner asks a questions, but they know how to protect the vegetation from the modules. I have also been using it as an up selling point when doing estimates. Just got a job yesterday that I am 400 bucks higher than the other two guys bidding it, because I took the time to go over our whole process with the owner. I showed him our certificates and video of how we protect the plants. That to him was worth the extra value.
Im going to have to agree with Michael Derose on this one. I too signed up for the unlimited program,I took and completed all of the available modules which should of given me a Master Business Certification and have nothing to show for it because I have to jump on a plane and fly from Hawaii to wherever to meet up with someone who is going to re-teach me what the modules already taught me. And Ill Have to do the same thing every time I train a new employee, Nah, I will make the trip myself because I have to and I really think the knowledge gained might be great and then train them myself. I will also try to make the bigger soft wash palooza events because I know the knowledge and training gained there is immeasurable, But its a hard pill to swallow when your starting a new business and on a tight budget. Im still throwing rocks I don't have thousands of dollars to spend on a basic training course and besides that I got roofs to clean. Not Angry, Just Saying!
Mike,
You never called to discuss this. I would have expected you might because of the special circumstance you are in. Unlike Mike Derose who has events in his back yard almost quarterly you have little or no resource for getting hands on with anyone aligned with the community. I'd actually like to address this in another thread because we have already hijacked this one from the original theme. Ill start a new one in the appropriate area of the BB so we can openly discuss.
