Every now and again you get a career defining opportunity! This is ours... The Claude Pepper building on one of Tallahassee's largest and most noticeable structures. It is obviously in need of a gentle SoftWash cleaning. We began work on this monster today. I have budgeted 20 work days for this project. I don't mind sharing our price, it is public record, as we went through a bid process. Our bid was $35,000.
Building is being cleaned with a 2% mixture, it is poured concrete and pre-cast. Very happy how it is cleaning up so far. 20 Minute dwell time and aggressive rinse with the booster pump. No pressure washer was used in the B/A pictures you see here!
Facilities manager came out and was awestruck at our results!
Also, notice the PW streaks in some of the "dirty" pictures...I could not imagine tackling this behemoth with a wand. I'll bet those guys were there for a year!!!!
