Did this house with the help of Matt Spyker (Simply Soft) who was able to gain some hands-on training in preparation for launching his business.

House looks good. Just a little suggestion. Get some Gutter Grenade from www.pressuretek.com and those stripes on the gutter will come off 99% of the time. You can still be true to the softwash theme of not using a powerwasher. Just apply, let dwell for a couple minutes and rinse off with a garden hose.

Thanks Jeff,

Actually offered the service, but the gentleman just wanted the siding done for the time being.

Question: Are you saying that you don't have to agitate with the GG????

Yeah, a little agitation is needed. I do a 10-20 ft section at a time (depending on the temps...it can't dry or you have to start over), brush it on..let sit for a few minutes...load the brush again and give it another pass to see whats happening. Sometimes another application is needed, but more often than not it isn't necessary.
