One of the jobs that we did today, as well as a soft-wash housewash. This was for a local realator who owns a property management company so hopefully it pays off!

The pictures turned out just ok, it was about to rain when I was leaving so I couldn't wait for the solution to completely dry..

it was tricky, about 29ft high and not really a place to put a ladder!

Lee,

Nice work. Whatever challenges you faced you certainly concurred.

How did you go about the ladder situation? I would put it as close as I can to both peaks, then spray the whole roof from both sides.

I had to put the ladder just under the lip of the roof on both sides of the house. Since I have a standoff there was no where big enough on the roof to set it up, so it rested on the siding.. Then I had my ground guy tell me where to aim and I sprayed the entire roof blind, from each side spraying in towards the middle.. I would have been great to put the ladder up in the middle, but that little roof over the front door stuck out too much!

Try using a tall step ladder and arc your spray or make a 20' spray hose extension from 1/2" tube and then zip tie to your 20' pole you use for cleaning gutters.

That was my exact thought! But I was already 30ft up spraying over the ledge, I will definately be looking into making something similar!
