If I did over and had extra money, I would get F-250 extended cab with 8' bed with the Softwash System Skid and add the buffer tank with pressure washer and a surface cleaner. Add a high quality battery with the self charging system added to truck to pursue residential. Find a way to store gallon jugs of Barc rust remover, BT-200, Gutter Cleaner and Vinegar. Add a pump sprayer for touch- ups and a blower. Get a great design for a graphics wrap. Up your way I would get 4WD and snow plow and rig a brine sprayer to use with the softwash rig. Maybe put a hot pressure washer on a trailer to pursue other commercial business.

I would get one of these! My flat surface cleaner isn't in this picture but I have the rack for that too. Along with the buffer tank and a 4000 psi pressure washer with electric start.
