Spray Wash cleaned this building today at the Captial Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee, Florida.

Few really cool things about this job I wanted to point out:

This lead came from a painter who subbed out the work to Spray Wash. We first made contact about a year ago, and have kept in touch. Professional painters can be a great source of business for your cleaning company. It was more cost effective for him to sub-out work than to pull his crews off a job and do  it themselves. 

Job took my crew of four from 9:30 - 6:00, scope of work included building and sidewalks, so it was a one day job @2k. 

Job was done without a lift.

Everything cleaned up with softwashing. No pressure was used all day. Building is poured concrete (painted) and the accents about windows and cornice boad are Dryvit Stucco. Shot the stucco at about 18%, then thinned mix down for spray the balance of the building.
