Gas Station Canopies.....

This project was done last night. I used a 1% mix & Green Wash, rinsed with Bleach Wash, then clean water.  One person operation and total job took 2 hours. 

 

When you see a "flag" brand of gas like BP, Chevron, or Shell, they typically have an agreement with the station owner that the Canopy must be kept clean and presentable. If the owner fails to do so, there are monetary penalties they will face, so these are pretty ripe fruits for picking.

Let me give a caveat here as far as canopies go....A station with heavy diesel smoke staining may require a degreaser. Stations that sell only unleaded clean up the easiest.

Great job Ray! I bet you guys have to suit up with some serious protective gear spraying those large canopies. When I spray residential foyer ceilings I end up with a Soft Wash sunburn.  lol

Great job. I actually had to use a 4% mix. I was pleased to try passing my wand on it and nothing came off. With the chemist it was like magic!
