Spray Wash just wrapped up a cleaning today at the AMC 20 theater at the Tallahassee Mall. My crew of five (yours truly included) needed about 8 hours to complete this project.   I had lots of extra hands on duty to provide traffic control.

The exterior was softwashed with a 10-15% mixture.  Pressure was not an option on this building as it was either concrete block with an old, fading paintjob, or 20+ year old synthetic stucco. Softwash was the olny way to clean this project.

15-20 Minutes dwell time. A couple of areas took two sprays.
