Spray Wash is cleaning the Leon County Sheriff's Office using its special no-pressure gentle cleaning process. This essential for Stucco, dryvit, and EFS buildings, as these photos demonstrate. Facilities manager mentioned that prioners had maintained the building in the past using a pressure washer. As we began our cleaning process and the algae started melting away, we found evidence of past damage that we documented. 

Notice the first two pictures, you can see Pressure washer marks in the stucco. These weren't visible on the dirty building but now stand out like a sore-thumb on the clean wall. PLease don't use high pressure to clean stucco!!!!!!!!
