I live in Wisconsin and use the soft wash system to clean roofs and houses.  I have run into a few occasions where pine tree sap is on the roof or vinyl siding, does anyone know how the sap can be removed without using a power washer. Thanks

On siding use mineral spirits. On a roof. WOW that is something different. Anything you would use would attack the roofing material on shingle roofs. Just let the sun break it down.

Thanks AC I didn't think there was much I could do about the roofs other than suggest to the home owners to have the trees cut or let the sun melt it off.  I'll try the mineral spirits on the siding.  Thanks.
