Beautiful job Chris. You'll end up putting guys like me out of business who still use a power washer, but use soft-rinse nozzles rather than the high-pressure tips. I use the chemical tips (fan & shooter) to soap up the house, then gently rinse it with the rinse fan nozzle. I can basically put my bare hand in front of the nozzle at a distance of about 8 inches. My rinse tip never comes within 2 feet of the siding, so it's quite gentle.

  There are many contractors out there "Soft" cleaning with a pressure washer. We used to clean the exact same way you do several years ago. We started using 12v systems in 2008 for House Washing in our Fort Mill SC area, and air pump systems in 2009 for our Roof Cleaning in the Indian Land Area. We came back to the 12v system exclusively as it is by far the best and safest way to clean Algae, Mildew, and contaminants from any home or roof.
