Glen, thanks for trying to post on the Pelican Exterior Cleaning site. Right now, we only have customer related forums. At some point in the future we may open it up to contractors, but we're so busy right now we couldn't administer it.

We give every customer a pre-assigned ID and Password on their invoice. So far, nobody has posted a comment. I'm starting to think the only comments we'll ever get are if a customer wants to complain about something. That's okay though, because it will give us an opportunity to show the public how we deal with problems and try to satifsy our customers.
