Here is a start for the basic items on your checklist:

General:

- First Aid Kit

- Extra fluids for vehicle

- Reflective Triangles and Flares

-PPE for each employee on the truck

- Fire Extinguisher

Administrative:

- MSDS sheets

- Shipping Papers

- Routing/Dispatch Sheets

-SOP Book

- Truck Box

- Spill Contingency Plan

Work Related:

- Bleach Tank Full

- Water Hose

- Fan and Stream Tips

- Green Wash

- Bleach Wash

- Plant Wash

- Bleach Wash & Plant Wash Sprayers

- Battery Charged

- Witches Hat

- Quick Connect

- Y  Valve

- Ladder

- Ropes

- Harness

Safety Check:

- Tires inflated to correct PSI

- Fluids Topped Off

- Tire Tread OK

- All Lights and directionals working

- Placards in place if carrying over 119 gal. SH

- All plumbing on rig look OK

Marketing:

- Business Cards

- Yard Signs

- Check it out fliers/door hangers

 

This is just a quick list off the top of my head, and will be different

for some. Please add to this if you guys have other items you use,

or that I may have missed.

I was watching some of the modules, and you mentioned that you had different checklist that you had for your trucks, I was wondering if I could use some of them. I think everyone would benefit from it, so maybe a sticky? I know there was a truck checklist, making sure everything is on the truck. Also is there any for safety etc...
