Spray Wash has just completed a professional cleaning of Gateway Seminole Suites in Tallahassee, Florida. This project encompassed nearly 300 apartments and over 700,000 sqf of cleaning.
Project took 12 work days of cleaning and included all 11 buildings and interior breezeways, 2 pool areas, mail kiosks, clubhouse, offices, maintenance buildings and gutter cleaning for the whole complex.
Student housing projects are a challenge, due to the erratic schedules of college students. The well trained and professional Spray Wash crew handled the job flawlessly and made sure the residents were not inconvenienced during the cleaning process.
For your large cleaning projects in the North Florida and South Georgia area, Call Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning.
TECHNICAL NOTES FOR PROFESSIONALS: Whole projects was soft washed, had three weeks pressure washing free, which was nice!!! Interior concrete on breezeway floors was cleaned with a stronger % than on rest of property (20%). Exterior of units were sprayed at 10% SH, but halfway through the project we began using Green Wash from softwashsystems and significantly cut down our SH usage! With its use we were able to cut our SH % down to 5-6%. I am SOLD on Green Wash now!!!!
Units were sprayed from ground, with the exception of a couple of buildings situated on steep slopes where we needed a lift. Typically three stories is the limit for my pumping system.
There is an interim Manager on property now, and no records of last cleaning exist. From growth I noticed, I would guess it was 3-4 years since the complex had been cleaned
Used a crew of 3 technicians, plus me.
Manager was thrilled, cost of new paint job exceeded 130K...were were obviously mush less than that!!! Feel free to PM me with any specific questions.
Looks great! You may be kinda high on SH using greenwash, I have not used more than a 4% mix. You may be able to cut chemical costs. Maybe AC can chime in here. Thanks for sharing.

Dan,
Some users out there see percentage in two ways.
1. You start with 10% SH and you dilute so 10 gallons of 10% SH in a 100 gallon tank would make a 1% solution.
2. Some look at 10% SH added into a 100 gallon tank at 10 gallon of SH into 100 gallon tank would be a 10 / 100 mix thereby being a 10% mix. That user thinks his tank is 10% SH and 90% water. Which is also accurate.
The diff is that one pro is stating his solution and one his mix ratio. Both are correct though I am a solution man myself.

I would be a #2 kind of guy! Which means for every 94 gallons of water, I'm only using 5 gallons of SH and the Green Wash ( about a gallon), no additional soap, no additional surfactants. Huge big savings in both materials and TIME!!!!!!! My guys are convinced that Green Wash shortens rinse time by 20%!!!

That is HUGE thanks for the ringing endorsement Ray! Now go spread the news on the other boards...lol...we will see how long that lasts.
On a large project like this, 20% of rinse time is not insignificant. Follow this math...4 people at 12 days,8 hour shifts is a total of 384 hours. If 30 percent of the total time is spent rinsing that would be 76.8 hours spent on rinsing. A 20% savings of that time would be 15.36 hours saved, simply by using a product that makes the work go faster. Regardless of the other features/advantages/benefits of Green Wash, it almost pays for itself in time savings alone.

Ray or AC .... there is no need for a surfactant when using Green Wash? Sounds like a pretty good product if it reduces amount of SH, no surfactant and easier on plants.
