Daily from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. Three Day Training Event.

These are the terms and conditions of attending the event.

1. You must be a member of the Soft Wash Community. You can join for FREE at http://softwashsystems.activeboard.com/

2. There are no refunds. Instructors and or speakers can change. Equipment can vary. Surfaces to be treated are on a by available basis. There is no implied expectation of totality of training just availability.

3. Attendees hold harmless all event coordinators, organizers and suppliers as well as any facility owners where training takes place, in the event of injury or accident. Attendees should have their own appropriate insurances in place for the possibility of injury or accident. Each attendee will have the opportunity to enter worksites and receive hands on training. It is the attendees responsibility to withdraw from activities that he / she doesn't have adequate insurance to participate in.

4. Weather may limit the ability to complete some training aspects. It is fully understood by the attendee that the event organizers have no responsibility to complete training after a weather delay. The event organizers will however fill the time with other appropriate, possible training. There will be NO make up days or training.

5. It is the attendees responsibility to behave in an appropriate manner. This is a professional training event and unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated. The sole discretion of whether behavior in question, is appropriate or not will be that of AC Lockyer. If AC asks you to leave the event he will be the final word.

6. Each attendee will complete an event registration form at the event when they arrive. Failure to complete the registration form and hold harmless contract will result in the attendee being asked to withdraw from the event.

SoftWash Systems and its various partners wish this to be a safe, enjoyable and informative event. Please come prepared to have a great time of fellowship and education with other great Soft Wash Community Professionals and their families.
