Guys,

So, perhaps I missed this, or perhaps I misunderstood.  Green Wash has a new concentration, and is 1oz:100gal, is this correct?  Really, I was paying more attention to the business stuff this year, and wasn't too concerned with products.  Figured I could take care of that later.

If so, our injection pumps are set to pulse at the old concentration rate, right?  What is the "tweak" or adjustment to make this work correctly.   I have a Gen II skid.

I had a issue with mine drinking too much Green Wash anyway (like 2X as much.)  I was one-batching until the new injector nozzle came out, got busy, then winter came.

Feel kind of dumb asking after spending 3+ days down there and walking past like 100 pails of the stuff.  Wondering what to do.

I meant 1oz: 1 gallon, correct?

Although 1:100 would really be sweet.

Yes Chad everything has been adjusted to a starting dilution rate of one ounce per gallon. Same with powdered bleach at one ounce per gallon / percent of bleaching solution. Were trying to make things easier to hire employees to grow your company.

AC,

I agree this will be easier for employees. So, do I need the new injector nozzle, or to adjust my pump?

Hum, maybe we need a kit for that. Most existing dpi tips should work but we know our old manufacturer mid tipped a few. Give us a call and we can send you a new kit out on the cheap.
